Who doesn’t love the fall season and all the pies that come with it?! Pumpkin pie, pecan pie, apple pie, the list goes on. Unfortunately sometimes we always seem to regret cutting into a pie because its too much. Best solution? Mini pies! No more fighting for more crust, no more feeling bad about eating a piece, and let’s be honest they are pretty darn cute! Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease muffin tin.
  2. Use a wide cup about 3 inches.
