As a child I always remember having thee best sandwiches made by my mom. It wasn’t your basic sandwich, it was always something with full of flavor and on a crispy but soft bun. Now the basic of a turkey sandwich is easy, I came across this recipe from a dear friend of mine that shared her chicken salad dip.

Reciepe calls for:

Celery (2 Stalks)

Cocktail Cucmbers  (3 pieces)

Green Onions (2 Sticks)

Dill (3 Sprigs)

4 cans of WILD CAUGHT Albocore Tuna (I got this from Costco)

Mayo (1 1/2 Cups)

Salt & pepper ( per your taste)

Easy Instructions:

Add all ingredients, last being mayo. ALL DONE!!

I love to pair this with sourdough bread, when making it into a sandwich. Now if you’re looking to cut away from the carbs, your basic celery sticks, red bell peppers (cut in slices) go well with the tuna.
