Bread, bake goods, anything that is made with flour and yeast has always been so intimidating. The thought of making anything rise, with time and precision with little mistake was very overwhelming. Let’s be honest, YES its scary to bake, Yes it requires to be more precise with measuring BUT with anything practice makes perfect.

I tried the “Garlic Knots” from Joanna Gains newest book “Magnolia Table”. It was a hit!

When making this recipe, please take note that these babies take awhile to make. When I describe “awhile”, it’s all in the rising process of the dough. So if you plan to make this bake good for dinner, give yourself some time for the rising of the bread and time for the bread to bake.

I did not have salt flakes for the recipe, which may have been the reason why they were on the salty side BUT otherwise they were super delicious!
