Spring is here, summer is rearing and the mocktails, cocktails, refreshers are starting to make its way in our palettes. Now I honestly wasn’t sure what I stumbled upon until I did this recipe but its super simple and non-alcoholic.

I found a majority of my ingredients at Trader Joes, but I’m sure you can find all of these at any grocery stores. All you’ll need is the following:

Ginger Beer

Mints

Blackberries

Lime

Muddler

Strainer (if you don’t care to have the mint or berries afterwards)

  1. Throw in your ice cubes
  2. Add the blackberries and mint on top
  3. Grab your muddler and start crunching away
  4. Add a little ginger beer to break up the mint & berries
  5. Squeeze some lime and pour the rest of your content in.

Super declicious and refreshing, if you ask how much sugar or calore is in the beverage, I honestly don’t know. Cater the recipe to your diet restrictions, I am all for what taste and fits your needs. I hope this inspires you to venture out of your own basic ingredients–try soemthing different. Enjoy!
