Simple + Fresh Juicing

I remember as a child being forced to drink carrot juice, made by my mother. The routine of drinking carrot juice was supposedly the cure to slowing down my really bad vision–which in reality turned into hatred for drinking the orange frothy cup of carrots!

Jumping forward to now, twenty years later, the hate I had as a child for juicing as turned into a love and desire for freshness. I follow this amazing lady on Instagram called “Cotton Stem”, and she recently started sharing her ingredients in the morning with her little one.

I hope this inspires you to try out juicing, if you can’t get your own vegetable/fruit intake for the day.

What I used was:

2 Pears + 2 Apples + 3 Oranges + 4 Celery Sticks + 3 Carrots

This juice I warn you has a bit of a kick because of the celery but I personally don’t mind it.

I found this XO funnel on Amazon, I tired pouring without this beauty and it was a horrible mess.

These clear glass jars are also amazing to use for juicing, I usually put them in the refrigerator to let it chill before drinking (doesn’t hurt that they are eye catching.)

HAPPY JUICING!!!
