When you think of sourdough, do you ever think of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies? I didn’t at first until recently. Your first thought, a tangy flavored cookie? That sounds awful. You’re right, it does sound awful but thank goodness this cookie does not have any sour after taste.
I’m definitely a believer of all things sourdough! Also, who would’ve thought that the discard of the sourdough could be as good?! Now I find myself reaching for my discard for many other recipes–thanks to the Food Nanny and several other amazing bakers I follow on Instagram.
